Shipping Policy

We use Australia Post for all orders Standard, Express and International.

We will attempt to ship orders within 3-4 Business Days. We can however we delayed with staff shortages, public holidays and also weekends. Your order may also be delayed as Australia Post does not collect on weekends and public holidays so no orders will be shipped on these days. For instance, an order placed Friday will be dispatched the Monday/Tuesday of the following week provided there are no problems as stated above.

Standard Delivery:

• A flat delivery fee of $9.95 per purchase.
• Orders are sent out with Australia Post by standard priority post or parcel post.
• If your order is sent parcel post you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Delivery can take up to 3-7 Business Days (excluding weekends). For delivery to more remote areas and to WA please allow up to 5 extra days for delivery.

Express Delivery:

• Available for $13.95
• If you live in a capital city delivery is normally next business day (once packed and sent). Usual Express Delivery times are 2-4 Business Days. Delivery to Western Australia can take up to 4 Business Days from Queensland. Delivery may take longer if you live in a rural area. Please see Australia Post website for estimated delivery times
